The compliance program requires annual reporting to the Board and Group management and all employees in the total Lantmännen Group can report incidents through a whistle-blowing system
The Code of Conduct provides guidelines for responsibility in our operations and is anchored in the Global Compact's ten principles on human rights, labor, the environment and anti-corruption. For many areas, there are specific policies and guidelines.
The Code of Conduct applies to all Lantmännen Unibake’s employees, our colleagues in the greater Lantmännen Group and board members and trustees in the Lantmännen Group organization. The elements that also apply to our suppliers and business partners are specified in our Supplier Code of Conduct
Training
To make sure that Code of Conduct is implemented throughout our business as an important part in managing risk and ensuring responsibility we train and test all our employees in the code annually.
Monitoring
Monitoring Lantmännen Group Management monitors compliance with the Code of Conduct on an annual basis and ensures that reporting of non-compliance issues can happen via a manager or anonymously through an external whistleblowing function.
